I’ve tried all the blend coffee that Airjo made included the decaf.
Centaur blend coffee perfectly fulfill my appreciation of truly satisfying coffee experience .
It's still a 50/50 between Sumatra and Centaur beans. Centaur seems to hit sharper and a bit more aggressive, compared to Sumatra's even full bodied yummieness, Sumatra is miles ahead of any barista long blacks you get at Cafe's
Centaur is more akin to what you buy at Cafe's. I've still got five bags to go through, so it might still grow on me, if not it back to what works for me, Sumatra.
I really like this coffee, good and strong. Get your grind right for your machine, and it will be smooth and never bitter.
Just a little bit different to the previous Sumatra which stands as a wonderful all-rounder for me. Centaur if I can say so, lacks a distinct character, though strong in potency which is desirable. May I suggest more Columbian and lighter roasting ( my preference)..?
Overall, I would order Centaur again but I might mix with some Ethiopian or some other light roasted bean ( for character).4/5

fuss-free.
High caffeine means bitter taste my fault really I purchased a high caffeine beans elsewhere and it was the same taste. Not to my liking unfortunately

Decided to try Centaur blend this time. I am loving it. Was easy to dial in on my pretty basic machine, and the coffee tastes great.

This is a coffee for those that like it big and bold, and a great way to start the day. Nothing trifling about it, just great aroma, body and taste. I'll be back for more.
Great coffee but it could even be a little bit stronger 🙂 My regular go to when I run out of beans

Far too many reviews these days extolling the virtues of tasting blueberries raspberries citrus, etc— how about coffee that tastes like- you know, coffee..?
This one does the trick with a huge core and plenty of richness, without getting muddy. I drink black triple shots, no milk or sugar and this fills the bill!

Very strong coffee, just the way I like it.
Very nice coffee strong with a lovely flavour

I prefer enterprise blend and will go back to it as didn’t like the taste, beans were roasted too dark for my liking and also they had a shine / oil deposits on them even though they were roasted 4 days ago.
Hits you over the face and calls you Shirley. Love the strong punchy hit.

Gave Centaur a go and we do enjoy it. It definitely is strong and punchy. Returning to our regular order of Thunderchild but that's not to say Centaur isn't a winner.
