Coffee is really fresh and delicious. I brewed it with the following recipe. 19.5g in 48g out, 30 seconds(6 seconds pre-infusion) mostly double espresso, but works great cutting at 24 seconds milk coffee. Thanks guys.

We’ve been on this blend for a while and find it’s fairly easy to dial in and fairly forgiving for a lighter roast which for me is important. As much as I love espresso, I don’t love tinkering with it all the time.
I tried every delivered coffee bean place I could find and by far Airjo (Columbian Blend) was the best tasting, cheapest and fastest delivered. I can't believe how quick it comes sometimes. No waiting for special roasting days or their out of stock of what I want. They deliver every time and it's always great.
