☕️ About Our Coffee

What makes AIRJO Coffee different? We roast and ship the same day for maximum freshness — no sitting on shelves.
Where are your beans roasted? All beans are freshly roasted in our facility on the Gold Coast, QLD.
Are your beans single origin or blends? We offer both. Our range includes signature blends and rotating single origins.
Are your beans 100% Arabica? All blends are 100% Arabica other than our Extra Strong Centaur Blend which is a mix of Arabica and Robusta!
How fresh is your coffee when it arrives? We roast and express ship the same day — most customers receive their coffee within 24 to 72 hours from roast.
What roast levels do you offer? We roast light, medium, medium-dark to dark to suit espresso and milk-based coffee lovers.
Can I choose how my coffee is ground? Yes — when selecting your blend, choose from whole beans or grind types like espresso, filter, or plunger and more.
What’s the best way to store my coffee? Keep it sealed in its original bag in a cool, dark cupboard.
Can I buy in bulk or for an office? Absolutely — reach out for a deal.

 

🔁 Sub Club Subscription

What is the Sub Club? It’s our flexible coffee subscription — fresh beans delivered on your schedule.
How often can I get deliveries? Choose any number of weeks between 1 and 8 — you control the frequency.
Can I change my coffee selection anytime? Yes — swap blends, pause, or cancel anytime from your Sub Club portal.
Is there a commitment? None. Stay as long as you like and leave anytime.
Do I save money with Sub Club? Yes — Sub Club members get discounted prices and perks.
Can I subscribe to more than one blend? Definitely — you can mix blends in the same subscription.
Will I get notified before each shipment? Yes — we’ll email you before every order so you can make changes.
Can I gift a subscription to someone? Absolutely — just use the recipient’s shipping details at checkout. If it’s a subscription, you can manage it or cancel anytime from your account. Great gift idea, by the way.
How do I manage my subscription? Use the “Manage Subscription” link in your profile page on our site.
What if I’m running low before my next delivery? You can bring the next order forward anytime.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How quickly do you ship orders? We roast and ship the same day for all orders received weekdays before 3pm AEST.
Do you offer express shipping? Yes — All orders are shipped Express Post.
Where do you ship to? Anywhere in Australia — metro and regional.
How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days depending on location. A large percentage of customers get delivery the next day! 
Can I track my order? Yes — tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? If the order hasn’t shipped, yes. Contact us ASAP to update it. Heads up!! That could be just a few minutes from order :)
What if my coffee doesn’t arrive? Reach out and we’ll investigate or send a fresh replacement.
Do you ship internationally? Not currently — we're focused on fast, fresh delivery across Australia.
Is shipping free? All Sub Club orders and any other orders over $79 are shipped for free!
What if my parcel is damaged or lost? We’ll replace it — no questions asked.

Can I send coffee as a gift? Yes — just enter their name and address at checkout.
Can I add a gift note? Absolutely — just reach out to us with the note details prior to purchase so we can add it.
Do you offer bundles or packs? Yes — check our curated bundles, perfect for coffee lovers.
Do prices show in gift orders? No — our packing does not include pricing.
Can I set a future delivery date for a gift? We don’t offer scheduled delivery yet, but you can order close to the date.
Can I include AIRJO brew equipment in a gift? Yes — add any products to your cart and ship them together.
Do you offer corporate gifts? Yes — contact us for bulk gifting options.
Is there a minimum order size? No — you can buy as little or as much as you like.
Can I reorder the same gift later? Yes — log in and reorder from your order history.
Can I send coffee anonymously? You can — just leave out your name in the gift note.

What’s the best coffee for beginners? Our Enterprise Blend — smooth, balanced, and forgiving to brew.
Do you include brewing guides? Yes — each product page has espresso recipes.
What if my espresso tastes sour or bitter? Check your grind size and shot time — we have dialing-in tips in our eBook.
Can I get help choosing the right blend? Yes absolutely — reach out and we’ll guide you based on your setup and taste.
Do you offer gear or equipment? Yes - we have a great range of 54mm espresso accessories.
What milk works best for your coffee? All milks work brilliantly with our coffee.
Can I freeze your beans? It’s not recommended unless you know how to defrost correctly.
How do I make my coffee stronger? Use more coffee, grind finer, or reduce water — but don’t over-extract.
