This is a fairly strong and rich coffee but not too acidic so it doesn't turn soy milk like we sometimes have happen with the Sumatra blend.
First time I’ve ever tried Airjo coffee, I ordered Sumatra blend. I extracted as per the website recommendations but the coffee is too watery. I then tried changing different settings in grinder and extracted times but none of tasted good for my liking. So it’ll be a pass for me.

Usually drink the Columbia, tried this for a change. Smooth and caramelly. Lovely
I found the beans, although apparently fresh were super dry, they seemed very, very old. They tasted OK but getting a good shot took too long. I usually purchase 25–35 $p/kg Italian espresso (medium to dark roast) from two or three suppliers that have fresher beans with more consistency and slightly better taste (subjective). I tried these as a friend raves and a deal was the clincher to give it a go. Hope my honest criticism is useful.

For years we had been buying the Enterprise blend, I have since changed to Sumatra which we now prefer. It’s a great blend for espresso or milk based brews. AIRJO is a great coffee supplier, response and delivery are always on point. Highly recommend AIRJO
