SHIPPING RATES
Free express shipping for all orders over $20.
All orders are shipped from our Roastery in Burleigh QLD Australia.
CARRIERS & DELIVERY
Airjo Coffee Roasters reserves the right to change or use any carrier it wishes. Carriers currently include: Australia Post.
In the interest of carrier safety, please secure your dog if it is located in an area where parcels will be delivered.
Any unsecured dog has the potential to pose a threat or safety concern. If it’s unsafe, our carrier may not be able to deliver your order and it will be returned to us and a delay in delivery and reshipping cost may be incurred.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to give authority for the Carrier to leave the delivery without signature.
SHIPPING TIMES
All shipments are with Australia Post Express service and are shipped same day up to 3pm except weekends and public holidays and excluding where otherwise stated for specific deals and sales events. Tracking is made available with every order.

SHIPPING PAYMENT
Any shipping payment is made at the time of purchase and will be shown in the shopping cart.
COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS SHIPPING
Subscriptions will ship the following business day of your credit card being deducted. Changes to your shipment or order must be made 24 hours before payment is deducted. Any reshipping costs due to late changes will be on-charged to the customer.
PERISHABLE GOODS
Some of our products are perishable and susceptible to heat and direct sunlight. Please ensure you have appropriate "safe place" locations for the carrier to leave your order unattended when required. Airjo takes no responsibility for any impact on product quality or integrity or ingress of insects or other hungry visitors when orders are left on your property if unattended.
