Airjo Coffee Roasters is proud to offer our customers specialty grade coffee and a range of quality complimentary products. Our coffee returns policy is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, so please ensure you contact us within that period with any issues or concerns about your order. If the product you receive is incorrect, the wrong grind, defective or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund as per the options in this Customer Return Form.

 

All applicable refunds will be processed within 5 days of approval.
