Good to see a roaster with a roast date on the packaging and delivery was super quick so I know the beans will be at their best.
I'll be trying different blends of Airjo, the Stargazer was lacking a bit of depth compared to another bean I had at the time. Taste is always subjective and at these prices we can afford to try others until we find the flavour we prefer.
If the normal price stays at special discounted price this will be my go to coffee all year long :)
Nice blend, not too strong. Great as a long black and plenty of oomph to cut through milk based coffees.
Got this blend grinder for cold brew this time instead of the usual order of bean 🫘, was really impressed by the grind consistency and robust flavours, well done again !!
